Zestery is not a normal brand, but a small world of taste, culture and a good dose of fun.
It all started with Cytry, our handmade lemon honey drink. Today, Lutki Schorle, fashion, and gift ideas are also part of our offerings ā all made with heart, handcrafted with that touch of zest that makes life more beautiful.
2. What is Cytry ?
Cytry is liquid sunshine with a Berlin attitude, handmade, honest, and inspired by an old family recipe. A lemon honey drink with character, just like the city it comes from.
3. What ingredients do you use for your Cytry ?
Only the best goes into the glass: fresh lemons, real honey from Poland and clear grain alcohol.
No artificial stuff, no frills. Please shake vigorously before drinking to ensure everything mixes and the golden color shines brightly.
4. How is your Cytry manufactured?
Lovingly handcrafted. The honey comes from a small beekeeping operation, the lemons are freshly squeezed, the mixture is left to infuse and is bottled in Berlin: each bottle is truly unique.
5. Is Cytry vegan?
No, Cytry is not vegan due to the use of real honey, but it is 100 percent natural.
6. How long does Cytry last?
Unopened, it will keep for at least 12 months. Once opened, it should be refrigerated and consumed within 3 months. In practice, though, it doesn't usually last that long. ;)
7. How should I store Cytry ?
Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Do not freeze! This will alter the taste.
8. Are there different bottle sizes?
Yes, we currently offer 0.5-liter bottles. More sizes and gift sets are in the works.
9. Can I give Cytry as a gift?
Of course. There are special gift boxes , seasonal editions, and merchandise. Perfect for friends, family, or your next club night.
10. How can I place an order?
Simply select the product, add it to your cart and buy it. Shortly afterwards you will receive a confirmation by email, that's it.
11. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer (Klarna) and purchase on account (depending on creditworthiness).

13. How long does shipping take?
Typically 1 to 3 business days after receipt of payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
14. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please photograph the package and the damaged goods and send the pictures to info@cytrynowka.de . We will arrange a replacement quickly and easily.
15. Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal . You can find all the details in our cancellation policy .

17. What is the best way to enjoy Cytry ?
Cytry is versatile ā enjoy it neat on ice, as a long drink with tonic, or hot with lemon and honey. You can regularly find recipes on our website.
18. What is Lutki Schorle ?
Our Lutki Schorle is an alcohol-free, sugar-free organic drink ā inspired by the Spreewald region. Fresh, regional, natural ā for everyone who loves the taste but wants to abstain from alcohol.
19. Are Zestery products also available in retail stores or bars?
Yes, Cytry is already available in select bars and concept stores. You'll soon find an overview on our interactive map.
